Notes/Actions Items

Overrides

  1. Quick
    overrides are for one section and one option only.
  2. Advanced overrides are used for more complex
    overrides where there are multiple sections to choose from.
  3. Based on feedback, display changes to the following override buttons will be updated:
    • QR becomes QO
    • AR becomes AO
    • W becomes WA

Functionality
Updates in Qual

  1. Added; All/Some/None
    Requirements satisfied display on the audit results page. When certifying
    students for graduation, advisors can look to see if a student has met all the
    requirements.
  2. Based on feedback, all/some/none requirements
    will be updated to bold and moved to the top of the audit results page.
  3. School/Major code is now displayed on audit
    results page.

Progress Towards
Degree

  1. Added Estimated Hours to requirements coded as
    hours.
  2. Added Grand Totals on Totals requirements.
  3. Colleges will need to review the Total Requirement
    before going live, so the checklist will be updated.

Delete Updates in
Set-up

  1. If colleges have gone live and made updates in
    prod set-up that they don’t intend to move to live, please remove them.

LR Screen

  1. The LR screen is ready to be tested from NRRECS.
  2. If colleges have gone live, they may receive two
    different outputs based on where the catalog lives.

Certified Audits

Certified audits set to run December 7, 2012.

Action Items

Please test and provide feedback for the following items by Thursday, November
29, 2012:

  1. Test overrides.
  2. Test All/Some/None Requirements and verify if
    students have met the requirements.
  3. Check
    school/major code on the results page against school/major code in NRRECS.
  4. Test Totals Requirements.
