Notes/ Action Items
Invalid Course lists
- Invalid Course lists are still attached to
requirements, so audits run for students will fail. - A report was sent out of invalid course lists
tied to requirements that need to be cleaned out. We will send out another
report of what needs to be cleaned up.
Progress Towards
Degree
- All the colleges were sent a report and asked to
review and adjust the estimated hours required to satisfy
requirements. Only course seeking requirements are used in the calculation
of progress towards degree. - Please run a few audits and test the progress
towards degree bar. Some audits that say 100% complete may not be accurate. - Every requirement is different, so pick the best
estimate that fits the requirement. (usually at the highest level) - Colleges that have gone live need to go through
the reports and adjust the estimated hours by January 11, 2013.
Bug Report Form
- The Office of the Registrar requests that colleges use the bug report form to report any issues or errors. The information on the form is what we will need to diagnose the issues/problem.
- The colleges will be notified when the form will be available online.
Spring 2013
Functional Specifications
- Student Planner for Phase 1.
- Student Planner Requirements Gathering.
- We will begin conversations in the spring on
enhancements and will discuss NRDEGR phase-out.
