How do I order a transcript?
Stop by the Registrar's Office, order online, or submit a Transcript Request form. If you owe money to the University, i.e. - a financial bar, place an order for an unofficial transcript to be picked up immediately or mailed directly to you. Transcripts are not sent until the transcript fee is paid.
If you were enrolled before Fall 1979 you will need to submit a Transcript Request form.
I need an unofficial UT transcript, but I don't have a bar. What can I do?
You may request an official transcript to be picked up from our office or mailed directly to you. Copying or scanning an official transcript will render it unofficial.
I am currently taking an extension or correspondence course, when will my grade appear and how can I order a transcript?
Extension and correspondence course grades appear on transcripts once course is completed. Transcripts will not show extension or correspondence courses in progress. Use the Transcript Request order form to place order if course completion date is over six (6) months old or not currently taking another course. For quicker processing, order transcripts online whenever possible.
