During access period ten, undergraduate students may use TEX to drop classes or to change registration in a class to or from the pass/fail basis. To add a class during this period, the student must go to the department offering the course. Permission to add a class is at the discretion of the department. In some colleges and schools, the approval of the student's adviser and dean are required.
In period ten, graduate students are eligible to access TEX only to list their class schedules. Graduate students are ineligible to use TEX during this period to drop, add, or change registration to or from the credit/no credit basis. To make changes, the student must go to the department offering the course.
