Diplomas

Can I order my diploma online?

No -- for good reason: you must identify yourself in person to safeguard the authenticity of your diploma. This helps to protect you against identity theft.

Possible topics

  • What a diploma is (and is not).
  • Clarification of Diploma/Certificate (mostly for international audience)
  • Links or discussion of other things you might really want instead, depending on needs – e.g. graduation certification, official transcript, etc.

Current students

  • Introductory information specific to current students (if any)
  • Pre-graduation check-list?
  • General discussion of the ‘Degree Candidate Letters’ process – what diploma section does, rough timeline (no specific dates, just generally when things happen)
  • Links to shared info/issues/policies (below)

Duplicate diplomas for graduates

  • How to order duplicate diplomas
  • By phone
  • By mail
  • Link to PDF of form
  • Links to shared info/issues/policies (below)
  • Links to other services that might be of interest (transcripts, certification, etc.)
