Final exam request system
Departments are required to report whether or not an exam will be given for each class; all other information is optional.

If no special requests are made, the exam will be scheduled in a general purpose classroom that provides double seating if possible. Your requests will be honored to the extent permitted by demand for limited classroom facilities.
Changing the time of an examination (including uniform exams) requires the approval of the dean. Choosing not to give a final exam requires the approval of the department chair. Reports of classes not having a final exam and classes requesting a change in exam time will be provided to deans' offices prior to scheduling rooms.
For cross-listed courses, the home department is responsible for reporting exam information. Other courses in the group will be updated automatically if there will be an exam, but if there will not be an exam, each cross-listed department must report no exam for their section.
