Course Schedule Update
Updating courses
Our Course Schedule production team works with many offices to build class listings in print and online, and schedules university classrooms.
More than 11,000 classes are handled in fall and spring, and about 4,000 in summer.
In fall, spring, and summer, the three phases of course schedule production are original, chair proof, and postproduction. During the first two, offices update class listings with the mainframe application NRCRSE. In the final postproduction phase, they use our online CSU course schedule update system. In rare circumstances, department schedulers make certain updates by calling or emailing our staff.
Our office offers training for both the mainframe NRCRSE and the online CSU form.
