TREx testing process for Texas colleges and universities

Obtain the TREx EDI examples from TEA .
Test and validate your high school transcript receipt processes with those examples. As appropriate, official contacts may email regist@ediserver.reg.utexas.edu to indicate an alternate destination for ExPRESS high school transcripts, separate from SPEEDE college transcripts.
If necessary, obtain the beta Quick-n-Easy (QnE) transcript receipt software. As appropriate, official contacts may email regist@ediserver.reg.utexas.edu to indicate an alternate destination for ExPRESS high school transcripts, separate from SPEEDE college transcripts. Test and validate the receipt and printing of transcripts in beta QnE. Report beta QnE bugs to regist@ediserver.reg.utexas.edu.
As appropriate, contact area high schools to arrange transmission tests, preferably with parallel transmission through another means such as paper.
During testing, use and refer to testing checklist, differences from college transcript, known problems and statuses.
When ready, official contacts may email regist@ediserver.reg.utexas.edu to change your institution's listed status to
"Ready to receive all TREx transcripts" or
"Ready to receive TREx transcripts from high schools that have tested with a partner".
