SPEEDE Server Registration Form

1. A 2-character code taxonomy qualifier and the code for your institution within that taxonomy. Most postsecondary schools use code qualifier 22 (followed by the FICE code). These would be the codes used in the ISA envelope (X12 Data Elements I05 and I06: example 22/003658 is what is used by University of Texas at Austin.
