Enrollment and Veteran Certification
The enrollment and veteran certification section processes enrollment certifications for loan deferment, health insurance, and other purposes. Information like enrollment status, dates of attendance, degrees earned, date degree expected, and academic standing can be printed on an official certification. Several times a year, the section reports to the National Student Loan Data System on students who receive Title IV loans. Other responsibilities include issuing of class audit permit forms.

The section also advises and certifies veterans and dependents seeking educational benefits using Montgomery GI Bill, Dependent Educational Assistance, and Vocational Rehabilitation benefits. Responsibilities include determining eligibility and processing forms for Texas ex-service members and for children of Texas veterans requesting Hazlewood Act exemption.
